新形勢(shì)下保障我國能源安全的戰(zhàn)略選擇

摘要： 文章從能源安全的內(nèi)涵和能源安全觀的演變歷程出發(fā),全面分析了新形勢(shì)下我國能源安全面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn),系統(tǒng)提出了保障我國能源安全的戰(zhàn)略思路和需要著力提高的6種能力,以及保障我國能源安全的7項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)任務(wù).
