決定：

語域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達，不用縮略語（對公）

半正式：可以使用縮略和口語表達（對私）

非正式：（一般不考）——It depends

呼語： 特定的寫信對象：Dear XX

不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam， or To Whom It May Concern

2、正文

三段（8句）：寫作目的段、細化段、感謝或者期待。

3、各種信函內容安排

5）慰問信：

表示同情，進行安慰；

鼓勵其努力；

在此表示同情，并希望其早日復原。
