      Maintaining our health is very important. By doing this well we will be able to participate in the socialist construction of our country.  No one should trifle with one's health. Since youth is the time for physical development, we must do strenous physical training every day in order to have a strong physique and enjoy vigorous health.

      In physical training, perseverance is a primary necessity. We must struggle against our own laziness and stay with our training. It is also important to select suitable exercises and then to do them in an orderly way, step by step. Of course, if we enjoy the exercise we will perform more persistently.

     Besides, it is a known fact that physical training, such as long distance races, can also generally strengthen our perseverance. Dear friends, especially those with health problems, come out to the playground and take part in physical exercise.

體育鍛煉

      保持健康非常重要。鍛煉好身體,我們就能夠參加我國的社會主義建設。沒有任何人不重視自己的健康。由于青年是長身體的時期,為了有一個強壯的體格和享有健康,我們必須每天刻苦鍛煉。

      在體育鍛煉中,堅持不懈非常重要。我們必須同我們自身的懶惰作斗爭,堅持鍛煉。選擇適合自己的鍛煉方式,然后有條不紊地、循序漸進地鍛煉是重要的。當然,如果我們喜歡某項運動,我們就會堅持不懈。

      另外,眾所周知像長跑這樣的體育鍛煉也可增強我們堅持不懈的精神。親愛的朋友,特別是身體不好的朋友們,走出家門到操場上去參加體育鍛煉吧。
