enrolment to school:分兩項(xiàng)進(jìn)行比較
primary 前者97%左右,后者達(dá)到100%
secondary 前者比后者小很多
結(jié)論：從這兩國(guó)來看，人口越多的國(guó)家，生活水平相對(duì)低。

四個(gè)部分的花銷：education defence health and other
其中肯尼亞和另一個(gè)國(guó)家（記不起名字了）較為相似，在教育上的花銷較大而在defence上很小，與之相比較的是英國(guó)和美國(guó)，他們?cè)诮逃系膃xpenditure較小，而健康和defence上很大，四個(gè)國(guó)家的相同之處就是other占的比例最大，大約都在70%左右。
