　　第四段必須發(fā)動將來的行動。請求安排面試，或者告訴閱讀者你將在一周內打電話給他們，商談下一步進程。

　　第五段應該是非常簡短的一段，結束這封信并表示感謝。

　　一般而言，好的求職信還有下列幾個特點：

　　(1)求職信屬于非正式的信函，它必須能夠在雙方之間建立融洽的氛圍。所以，你要用熱情洋溢、精力充沛和令人振奮的語言來感染對方。

　　(2)在開頭部分，要簡要說明你是從哪里看到的招聘廣告或得到的招聘信息，你對哪個職位比較感興趣，這在無形中為人事經理的工作幫了忙。

　　(3)求職信必須向未來的雇主介紹你和你的價值。
